SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE
Our Support and Maintenance Agreement consists of three service provisions from Document Logistix or your selected Document Logistix Partner:
- Software Assurance: You will receive ALL new versions of the Document Logistix software you have purchased, when released. Document Logistix maintains a clear development roadmap for all its systems that incorporates new office automation and technical advancements, applying them innovatively to meet our existing customers' requirements and market trends. This ensures your investment in Document Logistix systems remains current year after year.
- Support: You receive online support from the Document Logistix Partner and or Document Logistix in line with clear Support Level Agreement ensuring responsive support at all time.
- Renewal dates: Document Logistix systems are designed to be flexible allowing you to select only the functionality and modules you require. At any time you have the flexibility to upgrade and Document Logistix will harmonise your support and maintenance to a single date.
Your Support and Maintenance Agreement is purchased and renewed annually.
